This acquisition has been carefully considered, with a clear focus on continuity, long-term stability and enhanced support for customers.

Founded in 1970, Miles Stone has over 50 years’ experience supplying natural stone and porcelain to homeowners, landscapers, designers, architects and commercial clients across the UK. This shared ethos ensures Caledonian Stone customers will continue to be supported with the same diligence and technical understanding they are accustomed to — now with the added benefit of broader infrastructure and resources.
What This Means for Caledonian Stone Customers
Ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for Caledonian Stone customers is a top priority.
From 5 January 2026, all Caledonian Stone customers will be supported directly by Miles Stone’s UK-based customer service and sales teams. These teams have been fully briefed on Caledonian Stone’s porcelain ranges, bespoke cutting services and service standards to ensure continuity throughout the transition.
Customers can expect:
- Continued access to all existing Caledonian Stone porcelain products
- Uninterrupted bespoke cutting services, supported by an expanded specialist team
- Reliable, well-coordinated deliveries, including through Miles Stone’s own fleet
- Access to a nearby showroom for hands-on product viewing
- A broader range of premium stone and porcelain for future projects
All existing orders, quotations, samples and ongoing project discussions are being carefully transferred to ensure nothing is lost or delayed.

- Payments already made or in progress with Caledonian Stone will be honoured in full
- From 5 January 2026 onward, Miles Stone will manage invoicing, payments and delivery coordination
