We’re always listening to our customers. And throughout last year many of you were requesting a wider choice of colour options in our range of sandstone setts. With that in mind we’re now stocking high quality sandstone setts in Mint and Grey as well as our Bronte colourway.
When laying natural stone paving it’s often very beneficial to the design to use an edging sett. Edging setts frame the paving and create a lovely looking transition from flagstones onto a lawn or flower bed. Some patio designs suit a contrasting approach where the edging sett is in a different tone to the flags, in other cases you’ll want to use a sett that matches the stone paving to give a more seamless look. The look you want to achieve will depend very much on your taste and the individual project you’re working on.
Edging setts are a great way to inject some character into large paved areas and break up lines to avoid a monotonous look. They also work fantastically when used to frame curves.
